I was looking through my documents and found this short video that me and a few friends made for a mini-project back when I was in NP. It's about stereotyping, and we choose to remake a commercial.
The commercial was about this bad guy who wants to commit a robbery on road users. So, with his Honda vehicle, he disguised as a pretty woman, stopped by the road and waited for help. 2 guys drove pass and saw this 'pretty woman' and decided to help. But upon closing up to 'her', they realised the vehicle was a Honda, and thus sped off.
The commercial was spreading the message that Honda vehicles don't break down. But we chose this commercial as it was somehow stereotyping that women get help much easier than men.
Anyway, none of us ever saw this commercial. I heard it from a friend, and we made this video based on what I've heard. The video is still with me, but I realised it's pretty embarrassing. And I don't know how to post it up. AND EVEN IF I KNEW I WOULDN'T DO SO. So for those who are interested, please come to me and ask for it. Shall see if I'm willing to share it! Muahaha.
Long weekend this week again! Can't wait!
