It's as if I'm going back to studies, except for the fact that I will be staying in 'school'. Nothing else to do except to study, study and study. Don't think there's any other entertainment. And I don't think I'll get nights off. Please let these 4 weeks fly by. I can't wait.

I keep thinking it's going to be so fast(it will be fast), but I just dread the feeling of going into Hillview Camp. I don't really like the place.

And I wish all of you find happiness. Lol.

I was in camp and suddenly I was told that I was supposed to be reporting for my GTC. No one told me about this. I didn't even know when the course would start. But anyway, this week would be an orientation week so nothing much. Shall report there tomorrow.

Course would be starting on the 25th. Should be a one month course. Will be staying in. Hopefully I get to book out on every Friday, and that I get nights off. Meaning I could book out probably in the evening, and book in at night on the same day. Why would I want it this way? Haha. Since I live near the camp, I could get home for dinner, and probably meet friends for coffee at night before booking in again. I seriously dislike staying in. But it's only one month! Just another month, before I truely get back to my unit for on-job-training.

And guess I will have to put my bballing thoughts aside for the time being. Was thinking of getting 2 new desktops, one for me and one for my sister. She kept complaining she has no computer to use, as the old one has crashed. Lol. And I want to change my broadband plan from Starhub to Singnet. Suddenly as if I have to spend so much money. So, studies shall be put aside for the time being too. Anyway, I can't decide what to study. And I need money for my insurance plans. ARGH.

Shall get the 10mps broadband from Singnet($68/mth), get a new desktop for myself and let my sister have this laptop. She's not a gamer anyway. Just need a computer to do daily stuff like surfing the net, uploading some photos and do her work. She's probably going to a polytechnic to study too. Might need a laptop for her studies so might as well save the money for her desktop first. If she does need a laptop for her course then get one when the time comes. And I want to change my mobile phone too. Should be getting a Nokia 6030. ARGH need to save ah. Money for insurance. Money for the Hong Kong trip(if there is one). Money for this, money for that. Not easy can. Lol.

Was having some casual conversation over dinner just now with my parents. I finished my dinner, and was feeling lazy today so I didn't wash my plates and stuff. I got back to my room and my dad came out of the kitchen and was saying that me and my sister was kinda spoilt by my mum. Thinking of what have I done that made my parents say this, I though probably because I didn't wash up after dinner.

"Wah lau! I only didn't wash the plates like once in a while only what. Like that only you all say I'm being spoilt ah?"

My dad carried on talking and somehow got into this.

"Blah blah blah... Aiya, 'ren shen duan duan ji shi nian'(life's only so short...), blah blah blah..."

I was stunned.

"Wah lau wei! I only never wash the plates for once you give me this DA DAO LI! What 'ren shen duan duan ji shi nian'?"

Lol. I have a weird father.

I think I should go back to bballing again. As in, training, playing for competitions, playing to win. I miss competitions. I miss making moves to fool opponents(though I think I had not been able to do that quite often when I was still bballing. Haha.). I miss the kind of feeling I feel for basketball. I miss the ZX on the court. Do you?

That's right. I've passed out from BMTC. You can say I've finished my chiong-sua life in my national service, for I'm starting work. It's my career! Let's hope I will get to be motivated for work for the next 9 years. Haha.

And how about taking up a part time degree soon? Getting a degree is like a goal in life. Something I've been thinking of doing since don't know when. What course should I be taking? Continuing in electronics engineering? How about taking up business? Shall focus on this some other time. Let's get things done one thing at a time.

Go back to ShenZe. Play for another couple of years and see how it goes?

Work hard in my career. Save money for further studies. Save money for a flat. Save money to get married. Lol! Am I thinking too much? I'm only 20!

I still remember weeks ago when my mother told me my father is going to sell this current flat. That is if he gets offered a high price for it lah. Which is not possible lah. Haha. Anyway, my mother was saying she bought a savings plan or something for my father, knowing that all my father has is the flat, and some shares in the factory. Nothing else. Perhaps not a single cent in his account balance. And the factory is not doing well in recent years. Which means my father would be out of job soon. Perhaps in a couple of years' time.

Actually life for me right now is not as bad as I've portrayed it to be lah. I think I just think too much. What do you think? I can still afford to spend a little here and there to enjoy and pamper myself. That's right. Life isn't all about work. We should pamper ourselves at times. You should too. Shall save some money for a possible trip to Hong Kong at the end of the year!
