Played the third Inter Formation game against Guards. Lost. Enough said. LOL.

Playing for Bukit Panjang CSC for the Inter Constituency Games later in the morning. Against Ngee Soon South I think. Hope we can win!

Played against CSSCOM this morning. Only 5 players turned up for the Signals team this morning. That's including me lah. MY GOSH! Like what the hell. Lost, as expected. 69 - 56. Could have lost even more points. No form today. Sank in only 7 points. Field goals percentage is probably like 10%? What was I doing? Let's hope there's more people turning up for tomorrow's game.

Played the first match with the Signals team for the Inter Formation Basketball Tournament this morning. Mixed feelings I get after the match. First of all, I was given the number 23. I guess it's personal issues lah. It's Jordan's number, and somehow I felt I had to play a good game to live up to this number, for all those watching me play. I guess I had a good game, considering the fact that I had sunk in a total of 12 points. Still, it wasn't good enough to win the game as we lost 48-52.

After the game, I sat down and thought about the whole game. Basically the world came tumbling down at the start of the third quater lah. There was too much 'should-have'.

I probably should have sounded out that it would be better for me to play the forward position, which I'm more familiar with. I was being pulled to play the point guard.
I should have given instructions to place someone at the high post to facilitate the ball movement, when the opponent was playing half court man-to-man defence.
I should have isolated myself to go for more points and break through their defence.
I should have been more selfish to go for another buzzer beater at the end of the third quarter, to bring the score line closer.
I should have given the opponent a taste of my chicken wing so he will stop pulling my jersey.

Too many things that I felt I could have done. I thought there were so much more I could do that would help the team. But when I was playing in the PG position, perhaps I had too much things going on in my head that I lost the instincts that I normally would have possess. I always think that a PG is someone so important in the game that when he is able to perform what he is expected, he could probably bring the game to a higher level. But I guess I don't have the capabilities to do that lah. No vision, no ideas to immediately counter the opponents, and definitely no ability to control the pace of the game.

I don't know. Though we lost by a mere 4 points, I thought we were considered lucky to have lost the game by ONLY 4 points. Then again, I could have done something more to actually turn the table.

ARGH.

I heard people chanting "Jordan! Jordan!" outside the court when I made the second buzzer beater and brought the game to a 6 points lead at the end of the first half. Felt great at the moment. Felt utterly lousy at the end. LOL. Ok lah those people were BingHan and Herman lah. But still... Haha.

No point crying over spilt milk. I'll just have to buy another packet.

Dear Confidence,

I'm not asking you to come back to me. I want to know where the hell are you so I can go and KICK YOUR ASS AND FUCKING HELL MAKE SURE YOU STAY WITH ME! CHEEBYE YOU WANT TO GO MISSING YOU BETTER FUCKING HELL DON'T LET ME GRAB HOLD OF YOU! I AM SO FUCKING HELL GONNA EAT YOU UP THIS TIME!

Pui! Pui! Pui! Pui! Pui!

Yours Sincerely,
ZX

Snorkelling! We went for a total of 3 trips; Marine Park, a Round Island Trip, and then Marine Park again the next day! Didn't bring the underwater camera on our first Marine Park trip, so let's start off with some pictures taken on the Round Island Trip.

Actually, there was only 3 pictures taken. Haha! Well, the water and the corals are beautiful, but seems like there was a lack of fish. Couldn't find much fish there. So we saved the film for our trip to Marine Park the next day...

And there you have it. It was great feeding and swimming amongst the fish! They were like everywhere around you, and once you put the bread into the waters, the feeling of the fish feeding from your hands was amazing. Though you get bites on your fingers but it was great. I'm not good at describing using words so you should see them for yourselves!

Sorry for the long wait! Haha. Had been tired after work so didn't really get to finish up this entry. If you can still remember, this is our trip to Redang from the 19th to 23th August. I met up with Herman and took a bus down to bugis. Went to the temple to pray for a safe trip.

Went to Bugis Village to eat as we both were hungry. After which, we had a walk around, exchanged our currencies, and finally caught up with BingRu, who came to join us after work. And we went to eat again in the market along Beach Road.
My second dinner.
Bing Ru.
Herman.

Our luggages.
The bus! It's quite comfortable.
Even provides us with a screen to watch movies...
...and not forgetting the headphones.
Getting comfortable for the long ride.
After passing through the customs in Tuas, we came to a stop to rest and fill up our stomachs before embarking on the 9 hours bus ride. We didn't eat much though(We had so much in Singapore already), but we did buy stuffs like bubble gums!
Favourite.

Day 2.

We reached a jetty called the Merang Jetty, and had our breakfast there while waiting for the ferry to come ferry us to our destination! However, it seems that there were some misunderstanding between the personnel at the jetty counter and us, and Herman decides to make a few phone calls to the travel agency to confirm.

The mafia calling reinforcements. Lol.
We were then brought to another small jetty where we will wait for our ferry. It seems that we are going to different resorts, and so they had different ferries for us. And we didn't know our resort isn't in Redang Island itself, though our package says we are going to Redang. A little confusing though.

This is the small jetty where we were supposed to wait.

Italian family. They were going to the same resort as us.

Off we go...

...and there it is! Our holiday!

And the waters there were really clear.

I think this island is part of which that forms up the whole Redang. I'm not really sure either.

On the left is a so called lounge to watch television, and further straight ahead there's a shop, a pool table and a few tables to play mahjong and cards and stuff.
The TV place.
The canteen.

Checking in.

Haha. We got into our room, unpacked and had a shower before going to the canteen to have our lunch.
As you can see, we had to remove our shoes and slippers before entering the canteen. Basically, we had to remove the shoes at the reception desk, before entering the TV place and the shop, and even before going up on the corridors outside our rooms. So, we had to remove our slippers everywhere we go.

After lunch, we went back to our room and had a nap. We were all kind of tired from the bus ride, as it was too cold and we couldn't really sleep well.
We woke up, and decided to explore the resort.

!!!
We went to find out what is there to do at night. Nothing much exciting. But very relaxing. You can either buy some beer and head to the lounge to watch television all night...
...or head out to the beach and look at each other...

...or to their KTV to sing songs!
They had to manually change the disc for each and every song we asked for.
This is actually S Club Seven's "Never Had A Dream Come True", but the mtv was S.H.E's. Lol.

Too much people in the KTV. So we head out to eat instant noodles...
...while watching Da Ge Da.
And that's the end of a relaxing Day 2.

Day 3.
We were waken up in the morning by someone who were shouting "Marine Park... Marine Park..." outside our rooms. Only then did we remember we were supposed to be going on our first snorkelling trip! Got up in a rush, and decided not to bring anything else in case they go missing while we were snorkelling.
REGRET.
The waters there, the fishes there, everything. So beautiful. Regretted not having brought our cameras. The whole snorkelling trip was great.

Lunch time.

Oh my baby... We had another snorkelling trip in the afternoon, the Round Island Trip. They brought us toa snorkelling point in our island itself, and this time, we brought along an underwater camera. Will post the pictures again. After the snorkelling trip in the afternoon, we went to play mahjong. Haha. It was free, and there were only 3 of us. So it was just to pass time.
At night, Herman and BingRu went to the KTV again. I was tired and stayed in the room watching Bleach on my PSP. Haha.
Day 4.
This time, we brought along our camaras.

And off we go to the Marine Park!

There was a small exhibition in Marine Park, and there were baby turtles...
...a dead Oarfish...

...and turtle exhibits.

All armed and ready!

Hermit crab.
Once again, will update on the pictures under the waters. Haha. After snorkelling at the Marine Park, we headed back to our resort.

I bought a shirt. Lol.
Next program: Jungle Trekking.

Cute!
Running into obstacles...
...steep slopes...

...to find these huge rocks at the other side of the island.

An idiot and a slut. HAHA!
Heading back.
Day 5.
Checking out. Leaving Redang Lang Island.

At Merang Jetty. Buying some souvenirs.

Lunch break...

They couldn't have enough, and even bought more back into the coach. PIGS.

The ride back to Singapore was freaking long. We board the bus at 10 in the morning, and alighted in Golden Mile at 10 plus at night. Rotted our asses on the coach. Haha. Great trip!
